The Maeve Intensive
For couples stuck in the same fight who don't want to spend a year getting unstuck. One focused day, built around the two of you, to understand the pattern and leave with a plan.
Months of progress, in one focused day.
Weekly therapy works, but life keeps getting in the way. You make progress on Tuesday, and by the next session the same fight has happened twice.
An intensive gives you room to go deep without the clock running out. We slow the pattern down, find what's underneath it, and practice a new way through while it's still fresh.
How it works
Four steps, start to finish
- 1
Free fit call
A 15-minute call to make sure an intensive is the right format for where you are.
- 2
Assessment
A 90-minute session together, plus a short individual check-in with each of you.
- 3
Your intensive day
Six hours online, in two three-hour blocks with a real lunch break in between.
- 4
Follow-up
A session two to three weeks later to see what's sticking and adjust the plan.
Who it's for
Couples who are ready to do the work
An intensive is a good fit when you both want things to change and are ready to spend a focused day on it.
- The same fight, on repeat
- Rebuilding after a breach of trust
- ADHD and the mental load
- A big decision ahead
- Feeling more like roommates
- Deciding whether to stay
- Busy schedules
You'll leave with
- A clear picture of your patternWhat happens between you, why it keeps happening, and where it starts.
- Tools you've already practicedRepair, breaks that don't feel like walking away, and asking for what you need.
- A written planWhat to practice in the weeks after, in your own words.

Book a free 15-minute callWhen an intensive isn't the right fit
Intensives aren't right for couples where there is ongoing abuse, untreated addiction or immediate safety concerns. The fit call and assessment are there to make sure this format will actually help, and if it won't, I'll point you toward what will.
