Marisa Derr offers individual and group supervision for pre-licensed MFT associates in Pennsylvania and Colorado. As an AAMFT Approved Supervisor Candidate, her supervision hours count toward your AAMFT licensure requirements.

What to expect
Supervision at Maeve Collective is relational, structured, and honest. Marisa supervises the way she wished she had been supervised: with direct clinical feedback, space for uncertainty, and attention to the whole person behind the clinician.
You can expect:
• Weekly individual or group supervision sessions
• Case consultation and documentation review
• Support with ethical and legal decision-making across multiple states
• A developmental approach that meets you where you are and moves you forward
• An affirming, identity-conscious supervisory space
About Marisa as a supervisor
Marisa trained at Abilene Christian University in a COAMFTE-accredited MFT program. She is licensed in PA, TX, and CO and has navigated multi-state practice as both a solo clinician and a practice owner. Her supervision draws on a systemic, relational lens and is particularly attuned to the experience of early-career clinicians who are figuring out their identity as therapists.

Supervision Fees
Individual supervision: $125 per hour
Supervision with me is relational, practical, and built around where you are in your licensure journey. We’ll work on cases, clinical skills, ethics, and the parts of this work nobody prepares you for, like boundaries, burnout, and building a career you actually want.
