Meet the Team

Marisa Derr, LMFT

Founder

Marisa Derr is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and AAMFT Approved Supervisor-in-Training, independently licensed in Pennsylvania, Texas, and Colorado. She founded Maeve Collective to build a different kind of group practice, one where clinicians are genuinely supported, and where that support flows directly to the quality of care clients receive.

Marisa specializes in ADHD, trauma, and couples and family work. She helps adults newly diagnosed with ADHD understand their brains, grieve the years that diagnosis reframes, and build a life that actually fits who they are, including when ADHD shows up inside a relationship. She's Gottman Level II trained, with a clinical background that spans end-of-life care settings and trauma-informed work, and her approach is relational, systemic, and affirming at its core.

She trained at Abilene Christian University in a COAMFTE-accredited MFT program and is credentialed with Aetna and Highmark. Marisa sees clients across Pennsylvania, Texas, and Colorado via telehealth, and also provides clinical supervision for pre-licensed marriage and family therapists.

Marisa is currently accepting new clients for individual, couples, and family therapy, with evening availability on Mondays and Tuesdays.
